Small Conference Audiovisual Hire Package

Small Meeting / Conference AV System

This package is ideal for small conferences where the use of a laptop or DVD player is required.

1 x 6’ wide fast-fold screen (front or rear projection)
1 x 2000 ANSI lumen projector and VGA laptop lead
1 x Small sound system with laptop lead and cabled mic

Medium Conference Audiovisual Hire Package

Medium Conference AV System

Designed for medium conferences or meetings, this system has a larger projection screen that is backed up by an additional two remotely placed plasma screens:

1 x 8’ wide fast-fold screen (front or rear projection)
1 x 4000 ANSI lumen projector and VGA laptop lead
2 x NEC 42” plasma displays on Unicol stands
1 x Medium sound system with laptop lead, radio mic and cabled mic
1 x Engineer

Projector Screen for Concert / Festival (Big Screen)

This is a typical setup for an indoor festival where a big screen is required in low light level or for an outdoor event taking place at night. The typical package includes a 6000 ANSI lumen projector with a 12’ wide screen. Also included are two cameras, a laptop for advertising or other promotional material, one camera operator and a video mixing operator.

LED Screen Hire for Concert / Festival (Outdoor Big Screen Hire)

We offer complete LED screens of any size for any event. The content on the screen is entirely up to you the client as almost anything is possible. The units we can supply vary from small trailer mounted screens to huge truck mounted and free standing units.

This package includes a 16m² road tow screen trailer with a laptop for advertising content and a video mixer to accept inputs from cameras and external sources. Crew included.
